The HSE (UK Health and Safety Executive) website quotes two alarming statistics regarding stress at work,
– 526,000 workers suffering from work-related stress, depression or anxiety (new or long-standing) in 2016/17
– 12.5 million working days lost due to work-related stress, depression or anxiety in 2016/17

Whilst it’s clear that stress is having a huge impact on our working lives, what can be done to support your (and your team’s) journey through coping with stress?

This workshop will give participants a three-option method for addressing any stressful situation, as well as a toolbox of personal skills to support their resistance to stress.
